NORTH LAKE COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT MEETING SCHEDULE

Pursuant to Chapter 2012-258, Laws of Florida, the Chair of the Trustees of the North Lake County Hospital District calls a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees to transpire on THURSDAY, AUGUST 29, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in the Lake County Board of County Commissioners Room, 315 W. Main Street, Tavares, Florida.

ITEMIZED AGENDA:

1. Call to Order
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Roll Call
4. Presentation and approval of minutes of the meeting held on May 16, 2024
5. Presentation of quarterly audits
6. Presentation of Request for Funding from Hospitals:
a. UF Health Leesburg Hospital
b. Advent Health/Waterman
c. Lifestream Behavioral Center, Inc.
7. Presentation of Request for Funding from Clinics:
a. Community Health Centers, Inc.
b. Community Medical Care Center
c. Advent Health/Waterman Community Primary Health Clinic
d. Lifestream Primary Care Clinic
e. St. Lukes Medical Clinic
f. Orlando Health Medical Group / FHV Health
g. Any additional qualifying clinics
8. Public Comment on Requests for Funding
9. Any other matter necessary to achieve the aforementioned goals.
